About

Nathan Allen Construction Inc.

Nathan began his career in construction at the young age of seventeen. At the time, he was working in Delray and Boynton Beach, and served as an apprentice to a family friend and builder. He learned trades, including stucco, drywall, framing, painting, carpentry, cabinetry, tile, and flooring. Beginning at this early age Nathan knew construction was his passion and that he would make it his profession.

He attended Santa Fe Community College in Gainesville, Florida, majoring in Business Administration – Computer Information Systems. At age 23 Nathan began working for Bomar Builders in Deerfield Beach as a punch-out carpenter and customer service representative. He quickly began taking on supervisory roles within the company and by 25, became the Project Manager and Superintendent for a new construction, 11,000 square foot custom waterfront luxury home in Fort Lauderdale, which was featured in Luxe Magazine in 2008. Immediately following this, Nathan took on additional complex projects within Bomar, including establishing improved policies and procedures for the fast growing company. Nathan has always had a passion for construction and realized early in his career that his organizational and interpersonal skills made him a fit for construction project management.

In the years to follow, Nathan worked for Mouw Associates in Delray Beach and Anderson Moore Construction’s new custom home company, AMC Custom Builders in Palm Beach, Jupiter Beach, and Palm Beach Gardens, which are two prestigious construction companies in South Florida.

In 2017, Nathan and his wife, Stefanie, and their son, Jackson, moved to Raleigh, North Carolina where he took on the role as Vice President of Operations for Southeastern Properties and Development, specializing in restaurants, commercial interiors, multi-family development projects, and industrial milling construction projects.

In 2019, Nathan and his family made the decision to return to South Florida for him to fulfill a lifelong dream, and start his own construction company specializing in commercial and high-end custom residential construction and renovations. Nathan’s long time presence in South Florida has generated many contacts, relationships, and years of experience within the local markets from Jupiter to Fort Lauderdale; all of which will assist him in employing contractors and building distinctive projects in South Florida.

Nathan has worked with many of Florida’s most prestigious architects—including Carlos Martin of Carlos Martin Architects in Coconut Creek; Chris P. Zimmerman of CPZ Architects in Plantation; George Brewer of George Brewer Architects in Delray Beach; Gary Elliopolous of GE Architecture in Delray Beach; Hugh Johnson of Architectural Alliance in Fort Lauderdale; Bob Tuthill of Tuthill Architecture in Fort Lauderdale; David Lawrence of David Lawrence Architecture in Palm Beach; Caroline Forrest of MHK Architecture & Planning in Palm Beach; and Mitch Kunik of Affiniti Architects.
