This 8,700 sf home was designed by Carlos Martin Architects. It was built for a couple from Washington DC. The wife is a well-known interior designer in Delray Beach, Luba King of LK Designs. They wanted the exterior “Palm Beach Georgian” look and the interior to have a more contemporary/transitional feel with cleaner lines, and dark accents. The expansive backyard is a lush green refined space along the intracoastal waterway.
